And what you get when you’re done is a snowy packing peanut Christmas tree! Seriously, this is so easy and all you need is a tiny bit of water. NO glue, man! Amazing.
Nice, eh? Almost as pretty as the real thing if I do say so myself.
Okay so… what else can you make with these packing-peanutty things? Hmm, well The Boy made this Hill of Snow Lantern with his packing peanuts.
My attempt at the Hill of Snow Lantern was less successful than his. Mine kinda looks a giant baby bottle nipple. Not exactly what I was going for… But you know what they say…
No two hills of snow are exactly the same. That’s right my friend.

The 'peants' I usually use are not made of 'Cornstarch', they are made of Polystyrene, which is flammable. Take care using lights in case these are Polystyrene, check for fire resistance

You can easily tell the difference between the cornstarch peanuts and the polystyrene ones. When you dab the cornstarch ones with water they become sticky. However, nothing happens when you add water to the polystyrene ones. Thanks elbey.
