That their children eat their greens.
Make these chips once. Serve. Watch as the chips vanish. Then, wait…
One day, out of the blue, your child might just surprise you with the following question: “Could I have spinach for a snack?”
It happened to me. It could happen to you too.
Get the recipe HERE. Thank you Food Faffer. I can’t think of a better Christmas gift for a parent!
You have a lovely day now. I’ll be back soon. ♥M

Ok I must just say that I am one of those (blessed) mothers whose children eat spinach. They love spinach puree the best, but after my Chemistry colleague told me that spinach losses much of its quality (vitamins and minerals and whatnots) during thermal treatment I switched onto raw spinach salads. I am certainly willing to try this! Thank you for sharing Michele!

That's good information to know Maya, thanks. I still think these are a better than potato chips or crackers though and nice for a change. Plus, they are quite tasty. 🙂

They look really great and something which I have to try! (and I eat spinach for the taste not for being healthy.. just to be honest :))
